Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other levies imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping fees.
Customers are solely responsible for any customs-related charges. KulluFab has no control over these fees and cannot predict their amount. We recommend checking with your local customs authority before placing an order.
All international shipments are declared at their full value in compliance with Indian customs regulations. We do not under-declare or mark shipments as "gifts" to circumvent customs duties.
Order Processing
Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) are typically dispatched the same day or the next business day.
Custom or bulk B2B orders may require additional processing time of 3–5 business days. You will be notified by email if your order requires additional handling time.
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your shipment directly through the courier's website.
Packaging
Every KulluFab piece is carefully folded and wrapped in eco-friendly tissue paper, placed in a branded kraft paper box, and sealed for safe transit. We take pride in our unboxing experience — your order is prepared as a gift, whether it is for yourself or someone else.
For B2B and bulk orders, we use reinforced cartons with protective wrapping to ensure no damage during long transit.
Lost or Damaged Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at Kullufab@gmail.com within 48 hours of the delivery date (or the expected delivery date for lost shipments). Please include your order number and photographs of the damaged packaging/item.
We will investigate with the courier and arrange a replacement or refund as applicable.
