By accessing or using KulluFab's website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), have read and understood these Terms, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use our website.

These Terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use the website.

All products are handwoven by artisans in the Kullu Valley, Himachal Pradesh. Due to the handmade nature of the products, slight variations in colour, weave pattern, and texture are inherent and not defects.

Prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of GST where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price shown at the time you place your order.

Product images are representative. Actual colour may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration and lighting conditions.

By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products at the listed price. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.

An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us. We may cancel orders due to stock unavailability, suspected fraud, or errors in pricing.

Payment: We accept major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets via Razorpay. All transactions are encrypted and processed securely. We do not store your payment credentials.

GST: All prices are inclusive of applicable GST. An invoice with GST details will be provided on request.

We ship across India and internationally. Delivery timelines and charges are as described in our Shipping Policy.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, or events outside our reasonable control (force majeure).

Our exchange and return policy is governed by our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

In summary: we accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery for unused items in original condition. Refunds are only offered in cases of manufacturing defects or lost shipments.

All content on this website — including text, images, photographs, logos, product designs, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of KulluFab or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this website without our prior written permission. Sharing product images on social media with attribution is permitted and appreciated.

The traditional weaving patterns and motifs of Kullu valley are part of a living cultural heritage. We request that they be respected and not appropriated for commercial use without proper attribution.

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent orders or information.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.
• Scrape, copy, or systematically download website content.
• Post or transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
• Impersonate KulluFab or any other person or entity.
• Use our website in any manner that could damage, overburden, or impair it.

Our website and products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KulluFab disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

KulluFab shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant product.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kullu, Himachal Pradesh, India.

We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
